♻️ WEEE & Battery Compliance Statement

Midland Battery Centre is fully compliant with the European Union Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations.

• Producer Responsibility: As a distributor of batteries, we are registered with the appropriate compliance schemes in Ireland.
• Recycling: We take back waste batteries free of charge from customers on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. You can return used batteries to our premises for safe disposal.
• Do Not Dispose in Household Waste: Batteries and electrical equipment should never be disposed of with household rubbish. Look out for the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on your products, which means they must be recycled separately.
• Where to Recycle: Customers can also bring waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and batteries to their local Civic Amenity Site free of charge.
